Dell Inspiron 13 5000 Touch Screen Not Working
So I just had my new lcd touch screen replacement for my Dell Inspiron 11 but now the touch screen does not work. So under device manager, I already tried to search for any hardware changes under human interface devices but nothing comes up. I also tried to look for the hid-compliant touch screen driver but it is only seen under the hidden devices (still on human interface devices but it's on gray), which is currently unusable because it has no enable/disable option. I also tried to look the hid-compliant driver under other devices but to no avail. I also tried to see if their is a second USB input device that could be for the touch screen driver but it only has one (I saw this method from Youtube). Updating the drivers will just say that it is the latest one. Can you please help me with the issue because I've had this issue for around 2 months already.
