As far as I know, there definitely is not a feature in windows explorer for spell check. I do not believe that there is anyone attempting to write one nor would I recommend ANYTHING from 3rd party that would try to integrate as deeply as windows explorer is since this would destroy your system stability that is currently at a new high for Microsoft.File names do not need to be spelled correctly, in fact many programmers and users often use shortened or deliberately misspelled words for file names. You just need to be consistent in order to find/use them or you need to use file folder trees so you know where to look for them. Note that Windows 7 automatically alphabetizes you files within your folders to make them easy to find. You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane. Thanks for your reply. I am hoping what you say is not the case, but fearing it might be.

I would also tend to agree in stability department as well.If it were just me, the spelling mistakes might not be so much of a problem (although it does cause some difficulties when doing coding or searches), but my biggest issue is that I create a lot of files that go out for public consumption. In these instances, spelling mistakes are embarrassing and shorthand is often not preferable. I almost sent out a file labeled 'confrence schedule' yesterday. This would seem like a fairly simply thing to add to the OS (maybe it's not - I'm not much of a programer) executed the same way as it is with browsers.

When I told them that a lot of code was encrypted, they contacted the existing developer from whom the application was developed and the web agency flatly refused to share the source code stating that only the web code was with source code. Decode ioncube file online. I have also faced this situation, where in a customer wanted to shift to some other agency because his developer was not providing him proper support. There are many developers these days who provide encrypted code to their customer and then for supporting their product charge a huge amount.

Hopefully, MS will add the feature in the future.BTW, if anyone else does still have suggestions for 3rd party solutions, please pass it along. I just experimented with a program called tinySpell on my Windows 7 machine.I was very skeptical about its effectiveness but it appears to live up to its own hype. I created a deliberately misspelled folder at the root of C drive named confrence and it beeped at me to let me know my mistake. There's more it can do apparently but I didn't look further into it.I'm not sure this is exactly what you are looking for but it should be worth a gander:There's a free and paid for version, I only played with the free.P.S. As a touch of irony, it also detects its own program name as a spelling mistake.
