After download, the next step should be to uninstall the incorrect drivers, however I don't see any 'USB Serial Port' or 'USB Serial Converter' in my Windows10 Device Manager.

It says that after uninstalling them, the USB device should be connected and a new device must appear in the Device Manager, but when I connect the device nothing happens: no new device appears in the Device Manager and no signal in the device itself.
